At Van Dam Dermatology and Laser Center, Dr. David P. Van Dam is supported in treating patients by a talented team, all of whom are personally trained and supervised by Dr. Van Dam.
Bridgett B. Hallstrom, ANP-C
Bridgett is a certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner who has worked with Dr. Van Dam since 2004. She specializes in treating acne and other common skin disorders. Bridgett also provides cosmetic laser treatments.

Melva Schultz, RN
Melva joined Dr. Van Dam's practice in 1992, while pursuing her degree in nursing. She currently serves as nursing administrator, as well as providing patient care to both medical and aesthetic patients.
Susan Woolley, RN
Susan's entire 30 year career in nursing has been focused on patients with dermatologic concerns. She joined the Van Dam Dermatology team in 1990 and currently serves as coordinator of cosmetic and clinical laser services.
Mary Kaiser, RN
In 1996 Mary met Dr. Van Dam while working in southern California for world renowned Tumescent Liposuction developer Dr. Jeffrey Klein. Six months later she returned to the midwest to assist Dr. Van Dam with liposuction and other cosmetic procedures, as well as caring for general dermatology patients.

Our practice manager, Nancy Kay, is your point of contact for insurance and billing questions and any concerns you have regarding any aspect of our practice or Versa Medi Spa.
Gail Frangiamore is our front office manager. She and her team schedule appointments, respond to your in-office needs, and direct your questions to the in-office source who can best respond directly to you.
